I often find myself unable to focus. On Monday, I organize a tourist group, on Tuesday I work on restaking/farming airdrops, on Wednesday I record a crypto podcast, on Thursday I write music and poetry, on Friday I organize board games with friends from my English conversation club, on Saturday Iā€™m building a travel startup, and on Sunday Iā€™m a social-fi researcher. How do you stay focused when everything around you is so interesting and exciting? How do you choose that one, special thing? Or are there just some people who are not meant to focus and become great at something?

I usually try to get away from the distractions, go to another room, or turn off my phone (which is currently the biggest distraction for me) And then focus on work for 90 minutes straight It usually is enough for a day, but if not, I do it again after getting some rest
