As a builder you have to figure out a balance of technical and business perks.

Guess what. They don't always match.

Crypto infra is being built up as you’re building your thing.

Sometimes, it will pick you up and carry you forward.
And sometimes... not.

You need to stay flexible and adapt.

You launched your token.

Congrats! Now you have to not only build your product but make sure your holders AND your investors are happy.

You’re building in stealth.

But you're supposed to build in public...

You need to build up your brand and following.

Because if you have 3 followers on X, you must be failing. But you must be authentic. No dirty shilling.

You have to build lean, ship fast, and iterate.

You're also supposed to commit to your vision and infect people with enthusiasm and confidence.

But pivot. Always be ready to pivot.

Basically, being a founder is impossible.

It's also risky and stressful.

But we're still here. And we're not going anywhere.

Because we're here to build!

It’s something that every founder, every builder, every creative person has to deal with.

You have an ambitious vision, you have conviction and you start building your thing - and you have to work with reality.
