HUGE THANKS to @arob1000 and wife H for letting us pick their persimmons (and doing most of the picking work 😅) it was nice meeting waffles 🧇 and brie 🧀 too

Stripped the persimmon tree with @christin’s help today.  Gave her a few bags but we still have a ton of fruit!

Just eating them if they'll last.  I also use them like you would a squash and make a savory Brussel sprout and persimmon dish.
