It took me a while to learn this lesson, but it is a very important one. Aligning to your true self comes through speaking your truths, opening that throat chakra.

Ohhhh...I never thought of opening the throat Chakra this way and gaining confidence as things align.

I'm learning that good, nice, kind are related but totally different. Learning how to show up in the best way.

singing, story telling, recounting your experiences, but also telling the truth, they all help open your throat chakra!!
