Mid-week check-in. If you guys started doing this /success affirmations thing with me last Sunday, then today should've been your third day you did this, I was wondering how it was going for you? 

How it's been going for me:
I started integrating the third affirmation with my rising meditation, first day it was good, no effect,  second day, was good, made me think about the circumstances of the previous week where I could've thought differently, and the outcomes it could've resulted in.

Today, when I was out in nature, I did all my affirmations again, this time it was less overwhelming and like an empty mind meditation, where I was just thinking how I can produce better general outcomes.

if you're doing this, please let me know your experience so far, if you're not, it's not too late to start!
