did the drummer add all the tape?

a few things to talk to the drummer about, if they're open to advice...i would replace the heads with coated Evans/Remo heads. totally worth the investment for any kit. also o-rings help a lot too..the tape is acting like an o-ring essentially but isn't as effective imo and looks terrible. but then again its all an experiment, and the last few years people have been getting really creative with different types of techniques for effecting live recording so idk. just a random thought, goodluck out there!
