What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded?

I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO.

What do you think?

An outdated believe I think is to believe all what older people tell you to believe, cause I feel there are a lot of incompetent older people , you just have to compare all advice and do what works for you

hard agree with this one!! there are some old people who clearly have lots of wisdom and we have lots of reverence to them, but some of them are just out of the times... and  they don't know what's going on now and yet still give advice..
