Do you see an opportunity to use NFT for this? 👇 IMO another real-life example where NFTs can have practical utility. The "Digital Product Passport" (DPP) is an upcoming initiative under the European Union's new Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), which is set to be a significant part of the EU's strategy for increasing product sustainability and transparency. This initiative, expected to roll out from 2024, is designed to support the EU's broader goals of fostering a circular economy and improving the environmental impact of products sold within the EU. The DPP will serve as a digital record for products, containing detailed information about their entire lifecycle—from raw material sourcing to production, distribution, and disposal. This passport will ensure that key data about the product's sustainability, including its carbon footprint, material composition, and recyclability, is accessible through digital means, typically linked via QR codes or other unique digital identifiers.

the most interesting content will be at the end of the campaign, when it will appear that he is losing the election.

In a lot of cases research isn't enough. I think the safest way to protect our assets is to diversify them in few well known platforms to be sure that in an extreme case, not all savings will be lost.

IMO the worst thing is that through all these scammers the whole industry suffers, because the public misjudges cryptocurrencies, which inhibits potential new users to enter Web3, and thus the chance for crypto to grow in popularity faster.

Donald Trump has returned to X (Twitter) after almost a year off. How soon do you think he will get banned again? Below I am forwarding to Elon Musk and Donald Trump's interview on this occasion https://x.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1823430600872878321

Regulators are afraid of technology they don't understand, so they prefer to slow down its development with regulations, which is odd, since technology start-ups bring in a lot of money for the state's economy. Unfortunately, few jurisdictions actively cooperate with practitioners. Another theme is that the regulatory process will always be slower than the development of technology, so the law will always be behind :/

Hey @matthew, the law is never straightforward, and there’s definitely more than one way to approach this. I'd be happy to talk about it and brainstorm, as already have a few initial ideas and solutions in mind. DM me!

The SEC is charging the founders and promoters of NovaTech for operating a financial pyramid scheme that raised a total of $650 million in cryptocurrencies. According to the SEC, the Founders promised that NovaTech would invest investors' money in cryptocurrencies and currency markets. In reality, most of these funds were used to pay profits to earlier investors, pay commissions to promoters, and for the founders' personal expenses. NovaTech collapsed in May 2023, leaving more than 200,000 investors around the world with no way to recover their funds.

In my opinion, it is precisely at the moment of greatest euphoria, when we are least vigilant, that it is easiest to expose ourselves to error, and thus legal consequences
