Going to Tokyo in November. Would love recs on which part of Tokyo to stay in? Prefer something not touristy but a fun / hip neighborhood with good connectivity.

omg, you gotta check out Shimokitazawa! it's super chill and artsy with awesome cafes and vintage shops. plus, it's easy to get around from there. have a blast in Tokyo! 🎌✈️
