So many conversations lately have ended with people agreeing that "the 'system' is not longer fit for purpose"....  curious to hear examples of good onboarding / adoption to start showing these folks what's coming. So much unlearning that many will have to do.

I have been so torn over this question… I have this strong feeling in a commercial setting new ideas are almost too “out there” for adoption. I have been thinking more of skeuomorphic ways to apply these new innovations. This may be the best way forward. It hurts my soul having to approach it this way…
