Based on the trailer, I don’t understand who TWISTERS is for. It inspires zero nostalgia, so I guess it’s for Gen Z disaster movie buffs who can’t be bothered to watch the original?

Watched “In the Mood for Love” (2000) last night. Second Wong Kar-Wai movie under my belt after “Chungking Express” and unsurprisingly gorgeous. Was also cool since some of those shots are very clearly riffed on in EEAAO.
