apps i have active group chats in:
- warpcast
- instagram
- telegram
- whatsapp
- messenger
- line
- imessage

Each app has few to dozens of chats and I pruned them aggressively in December.

It's crazy when you consider the context switching.

i credit your mental bandwidth to be able to follow through with that amount of group chat.

in my case i cant just keep up
