i) what problem are you solving?
ii) how do you know the problem exists?
iii) do you have customers? if not, go to step i)

product management 101
- focus on solving problems 
- relentlessly execute on solving that problem
- obsess with customer feedback to feed how you adapt to solving that problem 
.. then everything else works out
