Anything that pushes crypto further into compliant infrastructure for tokenized capital markets, payments, and interoperability with (some) legacy systems is better, and beneficial.

Isn’t that better than no tokens on blockchains at all? You could bridge from a permissioned blockchain, although that would take a lot more compliance work prior to the actual development.
