All sorts of mainstream events, ranging from music to theater and some sports. The two largest users of the protocol currently are GUTS Tickets (NL) and DeFy Tickets (US).

Got it. So would this fall closer to the “consumables” category? Since an “asset” has to be an investment that appreciates in value, and these feel closer to transactional time-constrained purchases? H/t to @thatguyintech for coining “real world consumables” 🙏

Kinda! Interesting semantic discussion. I'd argue they are assets as the tickets are issued as NFT's that can continue to be traded & provide utility beyond the event cycle. The Dutch F1 used this system and integrated the NFT into their app for this fan engagement campaign: https://dutchgp.com/en/unlock-the-track/
