This phenomenon is what I fear about Trump when it comes to crypto. We're truly on the verge of passing good bipartisan legislation on crypto, could Trump's election derail that? 

What happens if Trump gets in office and for one reason or another, (including Trump's terrible track record on passing bipartisan legislation) we get no legislation, just an SEC that no longer has Gensler? Four years of a non-hostile SEC is nice, but we don't know what 2028 will hold, and if we don't have a regulatory framework, we could be right back to where we started.
