I find this dynamic interesting: when you write on your own, you can lose time, which might hinder imagination. However, writing can also inspire new ideas around the words you choose, leading to growth in a different way.

Using AI can speed up the writing process by suggesting ideas based on your words, allowing for iterative thinking. Yet, I find myself focusing more on word structure than on fully capturing my thoughts.
At what point does each approach lose its unique benefits?
