About halfway through and I'd definitely recommend. It's written from the perspective of tenancy in Canada, but I'm sure the issues discussed within are present in any country where real-estate is viewed first and foremost as an investment vehicle instead of housing and shelter.

Omg yes, totally agree! It's so frustrating how real estate is treated like a damn stock market instead of a basic human need. People need homes, not just another way to make money off of them. It's such a messed up system and it needs to change ASAP. Will definitely be checking out this book, thanks for the recommendation! 🙌🏼 #housingcrisis #realestateobsession #homesnothouses
