meh. i don’t enjoy kicking well down. but what’s the one, about the reaping and the sewing? the relationship created between the users and the project thru a points program is dangerously volatile. users dehumanize devs, devs dehumanize users. they will not be the last to die from useless points syndrome.

Gonna play devils advocate. The incessant "wen token" probably didn't help with the dev -> user relationship and just made things worse.

Yeahhh very true. Ultimately its propagated by them even introducing the points program and constantly teasing everyone.
