"thesis" is just a fancy way of saying something you didn't need to say

if your thesis is good you don't need to tell us its your thesis

also you never ever have to tell me "I think..." I know it's what you think because you just told me

for instance, which is stronger: "I think we should stop using the word 'thesis'

or

we should stop using the word 'thesis'
