gm. my farcaster feed is beginning to resemble twitter, and not in a good way. squabbling, posturing, and misinformation abound, none of it funny, some of it dangerous. i won't help with that. so, instead of unfollowing anyone specifically, i've made the choice to reset my follows and exit most channels. I'll meander my way back to the channels I use and people I cherish over the coming days and weeks. Find me in the arena, as ever.

Well it just adds to the mountain of garbage in our lives right now. Mom in ICU. MIL died 6 weeks ago. Aunt in ER this morning. And me in ER last night with kidney stones. 

Just trying to ride it out and sort it later. But he was the most gentle helper and I could really use him right now. 

You hear it all the time but we really don’t deserve dogs.

oof. maybe foster an old dog? they often need homes, aren't desirable adoptions, and kinda... die alone. Maybe that's just more tragedy for you to deal with. Hm.

We do have another dog. And cats. But he was just the best at helping with garbage life stuff. Other animals help in their own way. But we miss Cole BIG.
