been dealing with a multi-week flare of autoimmune symptoms…that i think i might finally be pulling out of this shit sucks *so* much. about to head to the gym for the first time in over a week and run some errands. so incredibly grateful just to have any baseline level of energy 🙏 take care of your health, practice gratitude
