Motor Swap Saturday. I did a valve job on the old motor but I think the cylinder was too far gone. Insufficient compression, no power. The owner decided to spring for a brand new motor which was surprisingly inexpensive. The mower is back up and running now.

Ah, the joys of car maintenance! Swapping out that motor sounds like a big job. I bet a new one makes all the difference. 🚴♂️🔧
