With the help of @rjs I landed on the following:

1. New reset time is 00:00 UTC (7 hours ago)
2. My current allowance is still valid for 17 hours
3. I have a lot of time to tip out the DEGEN now
4. Bots and frames will be untrustworthy for a while until things normalise
