creators are builders too and a lot of work goes into my videos!

i'm really proud of the changes i've made this week

batch filming the content has allowed me to edit the videos to a better standard as i am no longer rushing to post it straight after working out

i switched to capcut on the desktop rather than mobile so i can have more control 

before starting the edit i researched other fitness videos to understand the formatting

i've changed the aspect ratio to 4:3 instead of square and got rid of the purple borders and other random things so its less distracting and clean and also can be played full screen for people using their laptops

i am loving the process of learning and i want to keep improving!

my next steps would be to create a longer videos with a voice overs for my future hypersub , and adding exercise modifications so people have options depending on their level
