@tep Bitcoin listed mining company MARA announced in a statement that after extensive discussions with advisors, the company's board of directors has decided to amend its articles of association to increase the authorized number of shares from 500 million to 800 million. This proposal is similar to what other companies in the industry have done, and if approved, will provide MARA with greater flexibility to timely utilize market conditions and favorable financing acquisition opportunities. @tiffanykim
