Day #1

50 push-ups complete 🫡

Holy batman, that shit was NOT easy 😬

- I did 15 out of the gate and felt pretty good
- The next 10 were hard
- I did the final 25 in sets of 5

Go at your own pace throughout the day.  If you can't do 50, THAT IS OKAY. 

Rule #2 of push-up club is "TRY YOUR BEST"
