My conscience will not allow me to leave trash in an overflowing open trash can. I don't have to be followed around and cleaned up. I am used to order and I create it around me. Remember, the nature you live in does not owe you anything and should not suffer from your actions or inactions of anyone. Scattering garbage, you do not punish the administration, you only harm the world around you.
