Mod lets anyone create Mini-apps that bring games, onchain txs, livestreams, DAO tools, polls and other rich social experiences directly into Farcaster clients that support Mod.

thanks! Not sure what you mean by a generic lib; there's a couple independent libraries/boilerplates we published and that are available today:
- the editor
- core mini-app lib
- mini-app registry
- mini-app UI in shadcn (tailwind + radix)
- mini-app backend
- metadata cache

With the core mini app lib: can I build a mini app using Vue?

not right now - haven’t seen much Vue in the Farcaster ecosystem, but can mark you for Vue support
