When things go wrong, it’s so easy to feel like everything sucks and the world is against you When you lean into your constraints you look at your problems and not take the L and hate the world but start asking - huh this is such an interesting situation I’m in how do I grow from this? Why is this such an awesome and unique situation

When things go wrong, the first exercise is sorting what is under your control vs what's not. If it is in your control, then, it can be fixed, if it is not, then, forget about it; it is what it is.
