Last month I had to stop consuming caffeine, so I have switched completely to decaf. I have been doing some research on good grain decafs so I can still use my chemex and enjoy a good coffee. Just grains of coffee that have been decaffeinated. My research has gone through how coffee is decaffeinated so it keeps it's flavors while eliminating almost all caffeine.
