We just kicked off a project to revamp feed quality that @cmlad.eth and @akshaan are leading

Problem today: most active users a) follow a lot of people and channels and b) rarely unfollow them. 

If you follow more than a few hundred people and a new meta (e.g. cheese) emerges, it will quickly saturate your feed.

Fun fact: you stop following lots of channels and suddenly your time line looks fine again. I'm seeing casts from people I missed deeply.

I will prioritize people over channels.

Last week I wrote about this actually and by unfollowing channels, my feed became normal again.
