Wonder Woman Historia: The Amazons, by Kelly Sue DeConnick and Phil Jimenez (DC), won the best single issue/ one-shot comic book in 2022.
This story is a must-read. It tells the story of the origins of the Amazons, talking about how women, even the goddesses, suffer from men, and they decide to rise against this injustice.
To read this issue, you don't need to know anything about superheroes. It is about feminism, and I loved it.
