Have you ever had to google how to use certain features on everyday apps? I had two cases within the past few weeks: – deleting Facebook account (least straightforward but understandable why) – changing my Apple ID country (did it a few times these past years and it feels like it’s in the new place every time)

Interestingly apple does not support utf8 chars so my surname cannot have my ñ
