They have become so good, that it's hard to say if it's a spammy user who just wants to attract attention, or a spammy llm who just wants to attract attention.

actually, in some cases even going to their profile is not helpful. But, in many cases they are only shilling stuff so, should I report them :D questions, questions, questions :_D
