how do you maintain this type of velocity at a big, public company?

base is structured as a startup within coinbase and I'm given a huge amount of trust and leeway to execute. we have a small, incredibly high powered team that ships. 

we also benefit from tapping into the larger, scaled infra and talent of the parent company, which can help us move fast WITH SCALE when we choose.

I consistently observe that by doing things onchain - whether it's product, marketing, BD, or otherwise - we are able to move 10x faster than off chain teams. 

example: the original "base, introduced" NFT went from idea to launch in 3 days and reached 400k wallets. onky possible onchain.

How do you measure ROI regarding engagement? Are those 400k wallets interacting more after sending the nft? Would love to know about this.
