also met brittany horwich the deputy director, who kindly explained how they help those in need—it’s not just about the 🧼: it’s about building trusted relationships to bridge them to other resources as well. 

brittany was a case worker for the city who helped individuals and families with accessing resources, so she’s seen how these hygiene products help firsthand.
