I think staking should act as a big multiplier on base allowance but not the defining factor. $Degen should be rewarded to people who bring in great vibes, create useful content, risk capital to earn more degen, use Degen ecosystem etc. (proof of work) and tipping allowance mechanism should acknowledge all that.
