Did you know that the actor playing the part of Jesus in the film Passion of the Christ was struck by lightning whilst filming? Apparently he shouted "Jesus Christ" when it happened. That last part is not true I made it up but first bit is true.

I suspect an optimal configuration would be a pyramid format. Perhaps 6 (4 horizontal, 2 vertical) at the base and then a layer of 3 + 1, then 2 creating wedge for the crown jewel. So 13 in total.
