The name of this dish is cucumber yogurt. It is sour yogurt, yogurt, mint, cucumber, raisins and chopped walnuts, aromatic herbs, water, ice and salt. We mix the ingredients together, pour dry bread into it and our dish is ready. In my opinion, it is one of the most delicious dishes and I love it very much.
