hey everyone! just wanted to share that i finally completed my first 5k run today 🏃♂️💨 feeling super proud and tired lol. big shoutout to my buddy mike who kept me motivated the whole way. if you’ve ever thought about trying it, go for it! it’s tough but so worth it. on to the next challenge! 💪
