Carrots, Bibb lettuce and rhubarb. Never had green rhubarb before, heard it was better than red. Is that true?

I’ve never grown it before, just decided to because it’s so hard to find. My family loves rhubarb pie, so that’s what I usually make when I could find it, but I’ve made sauces and jams too. I’m open to new uses for it since I have so much now. Any ideas?

My friend was recently recommending rhubarb scones! I’m partial to both the pies & jams (usually combined with strawberries 🍓 😋)

Stewed rhubarb with sugar is a great addition to ice cream.

My rhubarb is also green, never heard the flavour was better though. I put frozen raspberries in the stew to give it the proper rhubarb colour 😆
