How can we create a similar experience in Farcon India that matches the culture and vibe of Farcon? Alternatively, how would you like to see other countries shape their versions of Farcon?

i think my POV on what Far(away)Cons should do is irrelevant; they should create what they want out of it. here's some tips that worked well: 1 got feedback on ideas from A LOT of the community in 1:1s or IRL beforehand 2 focused on what is unique to FC and how to bring that to life IRL 3 focus on value, not status
