The cognitive dissonance is strong here.. MM continually asserts that increasing the supply of content is of grave importance, yet does absolutely nothing to attract new users/content creators (And attracting new users doesn't require marketing!)

on the last point, can you say more about attracting new users? what do you think could work or is worth experimenting? also while they’re not focused on content creators, i wouldn’t say they’re doing “absolutely nothing” :) also think WOM, showing it to friends, tweeting about it, etc. all help.
