To be clear, still have plenty of things affect mood, but people saying something to trigger me doesn't have the same effect it did 10 years ago.

i love this and it is is so apparent in the way that you lead and carry yourself

also great example for your kids :)

It's taken me a while to get here, but I rarely get offended these days. 

Nice way to limit people from being able to take control of your mood. Big level up for day to day baseline happiness.
