It's taken me a while to get here, but I rarely get offended these days. Nice way to limit people from being able to take control of your mood. Big level up for day to day baseline happiness.

To be clear, still have plenty of things affect mood, but people saying something to trigger me doesn't have the same effect it did 10 years ago.
