"Starter Packs" on Bluesky are good. At minimum, it's something for people to do, an opportunity for engagement. "I'm making a starter pack about X, please reply if this is you!" More generously, it is a really useful onboarding tool. I went through a few starter packs, and continue to find more good ones.

It's basically collections of accounts people can follow. Like if I was inviting a friend to sign up, I'd send them a couple starter packs they can either follow entirely or selectively to give them some content to work with. But also it's a nice way to group people. I'm on an Ethereum starter pack someone made, a Python starter pack, maybe some others
