Could smell the smoke inside of the apartment this morning. Woke up again with a terrible migraine, and hydrating and sleeping it off didn’t really help. Oh well

Put damp towels at the bottom of your doorway and hang up them by your windows. They will capture the smoke particles to keep your air cleaner! Do you have an air purifier? Turn off any central AC or turn it to recirculating. My uncle was in NYFD for 9/11 and gave me this advice — I trust him. Lmk if it works!

Thank you for the advice - had no idea your uncle was a firefighter. Thank him for his service please from all of us I don’t have an air purifier but thank god no central AC either It doesn’t smell like smoke anymore - I’m still pretty sick tho :(
