not sure this will solve your traction problem, but imo what’s missing is a competitive group activity or peer pressure. not everyone thrives on self-motivation :) kinda like the game where whoever looks at their phone first while out at dinner has to pick up the bill.

i think you’re spot on. i’ve been thinking about this but still can’t figure out how to incorporate an accountability aspect into this idea. will report back once i do :)
