At 19 you don’t even know what you want to do in life and I don’t think you should, you’re still learning critical thinking and social skills. Y’all are talking about the fresh perspective and “unburden” of having people this young participate in government but not really discussing the fact that 6 individuals with limited (and probably similar) life experiences are defining and deciding what to cut for millions of people. Musk is complaining about DEI and blaming flight crashes on limited experience but doing the same thing.

It all depends on what you deem "meaningful", they surely could be working in the government getting experience by that age.
